We are centrally located in picturesque Whitefield Maine on 358 Head Tide Road.
Having done research to the best of our knowledge no harmful chemicals have ever been spread on our fields. Over two centuries of wholesome Maine goodness.
Founded by Abraham Tarr, a Revolutionary War Veteran back in 1786. Our Farm was part of the famous breadbasket of America when New England fed our young and growing country. In the early 1900's it was a dairy farm.
After that the land was rested for decades by mowing and the occasional baling of hay. It is once more put into production with our organic field improvement that make our farm and hay bales better each year.
Our fields are being improved and developed each year with a rich mix of nitrogen fixing red and white clover which also naturally and organic feeds our growing honey bee colonies. We are resurrecting of our heirloom apples trees.
Our organic hay bales are on sale at Uncle Henry's
