We are centrally located in picturesque Whitefield Maine on 358 Head Tide Road. (Route 194)
Having done research to the best of our knowledge no harmful chemicals have ever been spread on our fields. Over two centuries of wholesome Maine goodness.
Founded by Abraham Tarr, a Revolutionary War Veteran back in 1786. Our Farm was part of the famous breadbasket of America when New England fed our young and growing country.
In the early 1900's it was a dairy farm.
After that the land rested for decades by mowing and the occasional baling of hay. It is once more put into production with our organic field improvement that make our farm and hay bales better each year. (Organic Lime & Pelletized Chicken Manure & Mowing)
Our fields are being improved and developed each year with a rich mix of nitrogen fixing red and white clover which naturally and organic feed our growing honey bee colonies. We are resurrecting of our heirloom apples trees and Blueberries.

Organic Hay easy to handle small bale. These standard bales have dimension to facilitate easy stacking and interlock cross stacking.
Bale are twice as long as are wide so bales interlock when stacked crosswise and make for an even pile
